Teamed up with chef Matty Selby for the first course presentation, the two will have no problem kicking this supper off with a bang. Gerard was brought on to the Corner House team to run the bar program of Selby’s new neighborhood concept. Having been in Denver for only a couple short years, he has rather quickly been making a name for himself across the bar community for his influence at TAG RAW and his home at CH when he was brought on last Winter. Gerard will be showcasing his cocktail with Downslope Distilling’s Ould Tom Gin &#8212; a staple to the Corner House bar program that was built on the influence of our local distillers and their spirits.
